Invitation Letter for Visa

If you need a letter of invitation in order to get a visa from the German Embassy, then please:

  1. open this file, replace all the needed information with your specific details in the document
  2. email it to Wolfgang Schütt at wolfgang.schuett@fh-krems.ac.at

We will then send you the invitation by airmail. If the mailing address is different from the one in the letter, please let us know in your email.

And please do this early enough, so that you don't have to miss our conference because of delays with the visa agencies.
