Abstracts
We will be able to provide 10 participants with a travel grant of 350 € plus free registration. An additional 20 participants will receive free registration. We are especially thankful to our sponsors who have made this possible!
Applicants for travel grants must either be doctoral and postdoctoral students, or come from an economically disadvantaged country (e.g., former Soviet Union, South America, Eastern Europe, Africa). Only applicants submitting an abstract are eligible. Recipients for the travel grants will be chosen within one week after the abstract deadline, based according to the scientific quality and novelty of their abstract.
The travel grants will be handed out in cash directly at the meeting in Vancouver.
Anybody who applies for a grant, but is not successful in getting it, will still be able to get the discounted early registration fee.
