Deadlines
Friday - March 20, 2026 (midnight Vancouver time)
- Deadline for abstract submission. Absolutely no exceptions will be made. From these abstracts, we make the program - so please submit only your newest and most exciting data to us!
- Travel grant requests can be submitted at the same time (only graduate students are eligible)
Wednesday - April 15, 2026 (midnight in Paris)
- Latest date for obtaining the reduced registration
- Check the program and the list of posters - they will tell you if your abstract is accepted as a talk or poster!
